Julie Bowerman
Julie Bowerman has served as a Director of Middleby Corporation since 2025 and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She is an experienced consumer packaged goods executive with more than 25 years of leadership across global marketing, omni retail, digital commerce, and enterprise capability development.
Ms. Bowerman most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer, North America, for Kellanova, where she led the company’s overall marketing organization and guided the marketing and omni commercial transformation associated with the company’s separation from the Kellogg Company. Before that, she served as Chief Global Digital Consumer and Customer Experience Officer for the Kellogg Company, where she oversaw global digital strategy, ecommerce initiatives, and the development of new digital platforms.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Bowerman spent 20+ years at The Coca Cola Company in senior roles spanning brand marketing, shopper marketing, digital transformation, and ecommerce. Her leadership included guiding global omni shopper marketing, developing Coca Cola North America’s first ecommerce operating model, and leading the company’s digital marketing transformation and key consumer engagement platforms. She began her career holding marketing and media roles at Coca Cola Enterprises and J. Walter Thompson.
Ms. Bowerman also serves as a Public Director of Brixmor Property Group, where she is Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and was the first board member selected from outside the retail sector. She is also a Private Director for Bridges HealthCare, a CharlesBank Private Equity portfolio company.
She has received numerous industry honors, including recognition from Ad Age, Cannes Lions, the Effie Awards, Female Quotient, Brand Innovators, and the Orbie Network.
Ms. Bowerman holds an Advanced Executive Education credential from Harvard Business School, an M.A. in Advertising/Marketing from Michigan State University, and a B.A. in Communications/Journalism from the University of Dayton.
