Biography

Tejas Shah is currently the Global CIO of Fluence Energy, Inc. where he is responsible for leading digital transformation, cybersecurity, and global corporate engineering. Before Fluence Energy he was the Chief Information Officer at Tonal. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shah held senior level positions at Arlo Technologies, Inc.(2018-22), where he was responsible for the vision, strategy, and P&L of the services business. Specifically, he manages product management, subscription growth, software engineering, platform operations, cybersecurity, and IT functions.

Mr. Shah brings experience in consumer product connectivity to his new role which is highly complementary to current Middleby technology pursuits, and a strong track record of applying technology to shape different business models and growth strategies. His experience with advanced energy management will be highly relevant as Middleby continues to develop customer solutions in electrification and decreased energy usage.
