Biography

Ms. Cerwin joined Middleby in 2011 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility within the Middleby Corporate Accounting department. As Chief Accounting Officer she is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting function of all Middleby brands and global locations in the three business segments. She is responsible for the financial integration of acquisitions, aligning their reporting and processes. Before being named Chief Accounting Officer in 2023, Ms. Cerwin was Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Middleby in 2011 she was an auditor at Grant Thornton, LLP. Ms. Cerwin holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Bradley University.
